CITY OF RIO RANCHO PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Rio Rancho will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021: Preliminary and Final Plat Request #21-220-00002 Applicant, James A Jones Jr, requests preliminary and final plat approval to alter the configuration of the existing building envelope on the property legally described as Ridgeline Estates Unit 1 Lot 20, addressed as 5924 Ridgeline Place NE. Preliminary Plat Request #20-210-00014 Applicant, MVS Development LLC, through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associations PA, requests preliminary plat approval for a 41 lot townhome subdivision on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 21 Block 22 Lots 51-57. Preliminary Plat Request #21-210-00001 The applicant, Suez Development, through their agent Cartesian Surveys, Inc., are requesting preliminary plat approval for the Fleet Estates subdivision to create 19 residential lots from an existing 9 lots on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 13, Block 144, Lots 30, 32-34, and Unit 13, Block 145, Lots 6-10.
