The expected date of the submittal of our application for an air quality permit to the Air Quality Bureau is October 7, 2020. This notice is a requirement according to New Mexico air quality regulations. The exact location of the facility is/will be UTM Zone 13, UTM Easting 471487, UTM Northing 3842522. The approximate location of this site is 4.78miles Northeast of Encino,NMin Torrance Countyand 7.74 miles northwest from Vaughn NM in Guadalupe County.
